Bold round-cut smokey quartz in 9kt gold claw setting

This gorgeous smokey quartz ring is a true bold showstopper. The smokey quartz has been cut in a round shape and is raised in a 9kt gold claw setting. The 9kt setting raises the stone to lay beautifully on the finger- not too high but with some volume. The smokey quartz has a light, see-through gold beige / brown color. The stone is a real showstopper at about 16mm in diameter. Made in London in 1989 and hallmarked for 9kt gold. This ring is in great vintage condition - the stone has little to no visible scratches.
