Thick three stone ruby and diamond star-set band ring

What a cool band this 9kt solid gold band with pink round ruby flanked by two diamonds in a star-shaped flush setting. The round-cut stones playfully shine next to each other, the middle ruby a bright reddish pink, and the two diamonds each shiny and bright. The ruby is the largest at about 3 mm, which translates to approximately 0.15 carat of ruby, the two diamonds flanking it are about 1.5 mm each, being 0.015 carat and totalling 0.03 in diamond weight. The star engravings around the stones give this band a special and playful look, easy to combine with other rings and stones. The band is thick and luscious , 7 mm in width at the front, going slightly thinner to 3 mm in width at the back for comfortable wear. Hallmarked for 9kt gold, and made in London 1998.
