Engraved scrolling Victorian ruby and diamond 18kt gold ring

This beautiful ring is set with 3 rubies alternated by 2 diamonds, all set in an engraved scrolling 18kt gold setting. This is an antique piece from the Victorian era, hallmarked for Birmingham 1901 and 18kt gold. This scroll design is a typical design from that era, but timeless in its quality and look. The color of the rubies is a bright pink that sets off perfectly against the twinkle of the diamonds. The main ruby is oval-cut and about 4 mm x 3 mm, flanked by two round old-cut diamonds (about 2 mm in diameter) and finished by two more rubies, each about 1.5 mm in diameter. The perfect future heirloom to enjoy for generations to come and easy to wear (and in gorgeous vintage condition, especially considering its age).
