Amethyst and diamond clover with four oval leaves in 9kt gold

This beautiful ring is shaped like a clover four flower, with oval-cut amethysts interspaced by little round diamonds, all set in 9kt gold. The setting holds up the insanely colored amethyst, deep purple and setting off against the shiny little diamonds. There are five diamonds in total, one in the middle and one each between the four oval amethyst leaves. The sides to the setting are pierced and lifted slightly off the finger, laying beautifully. The shoulders to this beautiful ring are smooth gold, with only a tiny engraving close to the base of the front. Hallmarked for solid 9kt gold and a more modern vintage, probably made after the 1980s. In great vintage condition.
